Œil de Perdrix Tartegnin 2025
The Rosé is grown with respect for nature, on light, gravelly soil. Made from 100% Pinot Noir either by white pressing or by "bleeding" directly from the Pinot Noir vat after a 12-hour cold maceration. A fruity, supple wine with a soft finish.
