Merlot, Grand Cru Réserve 2022
Merlot is grown with respect for nature, in gravelly soils. A typical Bordeaux grape variety, it has been planted in Switzerland (Ticino) since 1907. We have found a favourable microclimate for it in the Tartegnin terroir. To get the best out of it, we limit production to 600g/m2, then age it for 20 months in oak barrels, giving it suppleness and great aromatic complexity, with fine, silky tannins.
